A Memorable Walk

Walking down the forest path,
Me and you
Walking through
the rough terrain.
With uneven steps
On the mica,
Brighter than the silver
In the radiant light of the sun,
Filtering through
the tall majestic trees.
Fear of the wild pig,
the tiger and the bear,
Sometimes far,
At times near.
An exciting adventure
Filled our heart
With exotic fragrance.
The lake undisturbed
By the beasts peacefully resting,
The natural water spring
With its cold sweet water,
Gave some respite
To our fatigue and panting.
